Aqua Logo Engineering installed two decorative waterfalls in the RIGA MALL shopping mall and put them into operation. It seems that there is nothing special in this work. But such unique waterfalls have never been seen in Russia before. And there are no waterfalls as tall as ours in Europe.

The peculiarity of the design of waterfalls is a metal mesh structure along which the water flows. In fact, it is a chain mail, that is, a fabric woven from thousands of metal rings, each less than a centimeter in diameter. The waterfalls' ring-shaped fabrics measure 14.2 meters (height) by 8.4 meters (width) and weigh about 700 kilograms.

From the top, the water is pumped to the ringlet through the distribution fittings and flows down the metal web into the receiving tank. Particular attention is paid to water quality and treatment. In addition to mechanical filtration and osmosis, double softening of water and its ionization with copper is provided. Pumping and purification equipment is installed in technical rooms under the waterfalls.
We also designed, built, commissioned and put into operation a decorative water basin for REC RIGA MALL on the first floor of the building. The area of the reservoir is 102.1 square meters, the volume of water in the system is 23.44 cubic meters. The work of the reservoir is automated: the water is continuously cleaned mechanically by a sand filter, UV disinfection and dosed with safe reagents against algae.
