The cascading waterfall in the Memorial Complex

The solemn opening of the Federal Military Memorial Cemetery (FMMC) was held on the Day of Memory and Mourning on June 22, 2013.  According to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, a huge number of professionals of the highest level participated in the design and construction of the memorial. "Their work was aimed at the realization of one noble idea - to create such a memorial, which would serve as a symbol of national pride of all peoples of Russia," - said the Minister of Defense, opening the FMMC.

The team at Aqua Logo Engineering is proud that our craftsmen were entrusted to create a waterfall at the Eternal Flame of the Federal Military Memorial Cemetery, symbolizing the tears shed by the relatives and friends of the heroes who gave their lives for the Fatherland.   

The design of the waterfall is two-circuit with a common collector. The area of the mirror in the lower contour (the cup) is 200 square meters, in the upper contour (inclined surface) is 149 square meters.  Total water volume is 214 cubic meters, including 90 cubic meters in the collector. Five pumps are operating at one time and two are in reserve.
